Extremely disappointed with the Management company service. They have limited hours and don’t treat your problem as important or urgent. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed, especially when the problem affects daily life. There’s no accountability or understanding. We rely on them for essential services, so it’s critical that they’re responsive and helpful.

The staff is great and the apartments are updated. No issues with sound between walls, but I’m not sure if that’s just because my neighbors are quiet. Literally my only complaint about this apartment is that you cannot control the thermostat. So in the winter you have to suffocate or open the windows and freeze, and in the summer, you have to suffocate or open the windows and suffocate. Do not rent here. Uptown didn't disclose that my apartment's AC was inoperational prior to me signing a $1450/mo lease in May (middle of summer). It took nearly a month to set up a portable AC and another month after that to seal the vent in a way it could do half its job. Through mid-summer heat waves, my apt was regularly > 88F. I had to take significant steps to protect my cat from getting heat sick, including working inside my car from 9-5.
