DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I am a current resident and could NOT be more disappointed. Out of the 11 months I’ve lived here, I haven’t had heat or AC for 9 of them. No change in rent. While the spaces themselves may be okay management is AWFUL! They will never respond to emails or calls and will trap you into a new lease situation as well. DO NOT MOVE HERE!The leasing contract is extremely unfair and complicated, so you will almost always overlook certain things. And the leasing office constantly likes to "kindly remind" you with the leasing contract and threaten you with eviction. Lived here for a hot while and had many friends lived here too. Extremely disappointed with the Management company service. They have limited hours and don’t treat your problem as important or urgent. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed, especially when the problem affects daily life. There’s no accountability or understanding. We rely on them for essential services, so it’s critical that they’re responsive and helpful.
