Shame on the lease officers! I scheduled a tour today at 9am to look for apartments. It is extremely cold and I make phone call, call box and nobody come to open the door for me! They sent me an email at 8:30am told me the tour is no longer available! These people are so unprofessional! you guys should give me a temporary code in advance so that I can enter in directly for the tour. Do not rent from here if you actually would like to receive your packages. The package situation is horrible. I started my lease in August and will not be renewing. If you want to wait a week and constantly have to email management to receive your items then this is the place for you!
I lived in Uptown North for 2 years. Sure it may have some issues, but the management makes up for it. Carrie was an amazing property manager who was always available to help us with whatever we needed, so overall it was a great experience. Ratings are lower for Uptown compared to other apartments because they don't solicit fake reviews.
DO NOT MOVE HERE if you appreciate quietness in your own room at all. Paper-thin walls and there's absolutely no sound proofing. Good chance of having neighbors who are CIM college kids who practice non-stopping for 10+ hours a day. Leasing office is absolutely not helpful when it comes to noise complaints. They are not worried about getting renters and certainly do not care about any current residents!!!
