PLS PLS PLS DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Only because it’s SO close to the school and the hospitals, this place still should not be your place to live. Be extra careful because this management is going to take any advantage from you. MRN property management is the worst group of people I’ve ever dealt with after renting for many years. Air Conditioner works sporadically. It’s a shame - great place to live but had I known would definitely not have moved here. If management replies “Heating and Air Conditioning is a priority for us” I have found that to be untrue.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I am a current resident and could NOT be more disappointed. Out of the 11 months I’ve lived here, I haven’t had heat or AC for 9 of them. No change in rent. While the spaces themselves may be okay management is AWFUL! They will never respond to emails or calls and will trap you into a new lease situation as well. Additionally there are so many issues within the unit that it’s hard to even list them all- maintenance may be fast but expect to see them at least twice a week. Something is ALWAYS going wrong. DO NOT MOVE HERE!The leasing contract is extremely unfair and complicated, so you will almost always overlook certain things. And the leasing office constantly likes to "kindly remind" you with the leasing contract and threaten you with eviction. Lived here for a hot while and had many friends lived here too.
