Fast friendly service every time! Been using them for years and never had a single problem.
Been using Uptown for 5 years, but we’ve had enough. They don’t LISTEN. I repeatedly tell them not to put pleats in pants…I hate the lines. Everytime I pick them up…lines. As for dress shirts…they ALWAYS fold the tag up inside the collar so it scratches and itches. Lastly, they don’t get any stains or blemishes out of my shirts. No more…we are done and I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Was looking for a new dry cleaners since moving here, but I will pass on this one. The man wanted to charge me over twice for womens blouses/shirts that were identical to men's shirts. . asked what was the difference. He said we machine press the men's and hand press the womens. I asked if he could machine press the womens since they were identical in fabric and make. He smugly said "no, cause just how we do it. I said, I will NOT support your discriminatory practices.. I brought my cashmere sweaters in and they must have used too high of heat because my entire collection shrunk. I also brought pants in and they didn’t remove the stain until i pointed it out it wasn’t clean.
