In my 50 years of driving, owning vehicles and having those vehicles serviced, I have experienced every type of service center imaginable. There is one clear winner. Uptown Chrysler Jeep. I brought my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for its first service and everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. My Jeep was returned to me when promised (maybe a little quicker), and the customer lounge was so nice, with WiFi, big screen and a coffee bar, I almost wished it had taken them longer. Home run.
Working with Sales Manager Justin Thimm was a great experience as compared to a couple of other dealerships. Knowledgeable, prompt, clear, and direct communication, no high-pressure sales tactics.
I myself, being a service advisor for years in the past. I know that it's pretty easy, If a customer asked me to come out to a vehicle for something simple, they can do it other than make excuses. The service drive is a bunch morons just to be honest, when asking them to do something the last three times i'm there They didn't do it no excuse. I had something simple to ask about.
