1st time - Paid $400 for him to tell me that it would be too expensive to fix my heat and air. Can not believe I paid him for this! I understand you took the dash apart and it was difficult but you did not fix the problem and still made me pay. I didn't know any better at the time. 3rd time - Dropped it off on 3-1-19. Paid $500 up front for a $950 timing chain repair. . We brought our Ford Focus here to be worked on. Chris was friendly and seemed very positive he could fix the problem. After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to get in touch with him (leaving messages and texting) he finally answered his phone. He said he we could come get the car. My husband and I went to pick up the car and I could just tell something wasn't right. We paid him and we left. Not 12 hours later our car was still not starting. I've used Uptown Auto on multiple occasions from help ranging from tune-ups, minor body work, and new tires. They do great work and provide friendly service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.
