This was once a safe, reputable, highly rated place to live just four years ago with a 4.9 rating. Multiple neighbors complained of criminal activity, car tampering, theft and suspicious conduct. I slowly watched the place decline under poor management who does not value tenant living experience. This place scared the living daylights out of me. Property manager managed to access my emails and erase my email to him documenting his unlawful entry regarding a washer and dryer repair. I found it in my trash which I thought was odd and possibly accidental and moved it back, but upon looking for it later discovered it to be completely gone. Overall this was a nice place to live for a short lease. It’s a quiet apartment complex and neighborhood, with great proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and trails. The maintenance supervisor, John, always responded quickly and was so kind to our dog. Unfortunately, communication was lacking from the property manager, especially when we moved in and out. The condition of the apartment was not acceptable when we moved in, but the big issues were resolved and we were given a gift card for the inconvenience.

The leasing agent didn't show for our appointment time, and the follow-up email was both sent and replied to by an AI. If they don't have the time of day to let someone tour the place, I can't imagine what living here would be like.
