It took me almost two years to write this review. First, I want to say that if it wasn’t for our maintenance technician, John, living here would have been much more difficult. He does everything he can, but there’s only so much one person can do. Our AC has been broken for 11 days despite submitting three maintenance requests. It stopped working over the weekend, and even after making an emergency maintenance call, it doesn’t seem like anyone followed up afterward to check whether the issue had been resolved. The property is good, and the maintenance man John is 5 stars and then some. The old property manager Scott was difficult and evasive, but so far Kevin has been on top of things and very responsive.
This was once a safe, reputable, highly rated place to live just four years ago with a 4.9 rating. Multiple neighbors complained of criminal activity, car tampering, theft and suspicious conduct. I slowly watched the place decline under poor management who does not value tenant living experience. I had multiple instances of unauthorized access of my apartment after reporting habitability concerns. This place scared the living daylights out of me. Property manager managed to access my emails and erase my email to him documenting his unlawful entry regarding a washer and dryer repair. I found it in my trash which I thought was odd and possibly accidental and moved it back, but upon looking for it later discovered it to be completely gone.
