I have nothing but great things to say about this organization. My water heater went out on memorial day. The maintenance gentleman (John) really put himself out there on his "day off" by contacting someone to come replace it on memorial day! I put in the request in the morning and by the evening I had a new water heater installed. Thanks John!
I didn’t even tour an apartment here. I had an appointment at 1:00, waited 10 minutes, called twice and knocked loudly 3 times. Finally a maintenance man walks by and asked if I had an appointment to which I responded yes, he goes inside leave me and my partner outside, and after a few minutes, says to come in when we walk inside after a minute, a man walks by and apologizes and said he didn’t see us on his calendar we didn’t make the appointment that day so he must’ve not been looking at his calendar because when he pulled ... read more
