Really poor management. Discriminatory behavior by Scott, so beware
I live at Uptown Broadway Boulder apartments. I have lived here going on eight years. I thoroughly enjoy living here because we are a very close knit community-we are family! I had to call Scott Sorensen, Property Manager from work because my AC stopped working the night prior. I didn’t have time to place an online maintenance request because I was busy at work. He immediately put in the request and it was completed by John, the Maintenance Supervisor within 30 minutes after he received the request. This is why I LOVE living... read more
I have nothing but great things to say about this organization. My water heater went out on memorial day. The maintenance gentleman (John) really put himself out there on his "day off" by contacting someone to come replace it on memorial day! I put in the request in the morning and by the evening I had a new water heater installed. Thanks John!
