Working with Geeta at Uptown Blinds and Drapes was an absolute pleasure. Pretty disappointed with the lack of transparency of timing for my drapes/curtains.. its been over 2 months and I have still not received a bulk of my order and doesn't seem like I will for another couple months. Uptown Drapes- if you would be interested in my order number or please feel free to contact me. Bray was my designer who placed the order and has been reaching out multiple times to get updates. The lack of communication and timing has now overshadowed what I believe will be (eventually) beautiful drape(s)..
Professional design team and installers. Beautiful showroom with a fantastic selection. Excellent communication. As an interior designer, this is my go-to resource for quality window coverings and top-notch service.
