We had a terrible experience working with Uptown Drapes. We had them bid a project to put new drapes in our office, kitchen, and great room. They gave us the bid (over $25k), we accepted it, and we paid the 75% upfront deposit. After taking our money, they came back and said they had incorrectly measured one of the drapes in the great room (which was identical to the other set in the same room). Geeta and her team are phenomenal to work with. Their designs and execution are impeccable. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Uptown Drapes on multiple projects and they have excelled on every single one of them.
Pretty disappointed with the lack of transparency of timing for my drapes/curtains.. its been over 2 months and I have still not received a bulk of my order and doesn't seem like I will for another couple months. Uptown Drapes- if you would be interested in my order number or please feel free to contact me. Bray was my designer who placed the order and has been reaching out multiple times to get updates. The lack of communication and timing has now overshadowed what I believe will be (eventually) beautiful drape(s)..
Professional design team and installers. Beautiful showroom with a fantastic selection. Excellent communication. As an interior designer, this is my go-to resource for quality window coverings and top-notch service.
