Wonderful shop! Had a great conversation with Angela - was looking for yarn and got some good local suggestions - will be back when I need quilting goodies!
This place a sewer's dream! The bolts of fabric are set up on bookshelves, so it is like a library of fabric. There are several handmade items for sale, sewing notions and they also have sewing classes. The staff was very attentive, but also let me just inhale the experience.
I felt at home here immediately! Wanted to learn how to quilt, and Kathy, Ruth, Angela and Charity have been overwhelmingly helpful and generous with their time And knowledge. It doesn't matter how stupid my question is, someone has time to answer it and show me the technique. I now pack up my machine and just go sew with them for the enjoyment of their company and the things I learn!
I stopped in to look around and was thrilled at the array of colors and choices! Also, Angela was very gracious and welcoming! I will be back!
The sales people are wonderful in this shop. I have never been treated badly. I looked at your other reviews Lyn Clark and it seems you are plain ole negative.
Sales lady was a total jerk. I will never return to this shop and I travel all over and know good customer service and I'm sorry to say, it was not at this shop. Great fabrics, sweet little town. Sorry but won't shop here again....
This was a wonderful shop - largest collection of solid fabrics I think I have ever seen. There were so many wonderful things and we had limited time to look. . . but I managed to find several things regardless! Highly recommend a visit.
