One of the best bike shops in the city! Very customer driven and super friendly team. Prices are affordable. I also love a team that does its best to educate the consumer about the maintenance performed. This ensures that I'm well-versed on what they just did on my bike and keeps me in the loop. The staff at Uptown Bikes is the best. I bought my reconditioned bike there 14 years ago, and they've kept me running non stop ever since then, I ride everyday (even in the winter) for work and am pretty hard on my bike, but no matter the trouble they get me back on the road quickly and always with a smile! Best bike shop in Chicago if you ask me!
The best bikeshop in the City. I like the owners a lot they are genuine people and very understanding they don't push anything on you like many other bikeshops around.
