This used to be my go-to hair store for years because the customer service was amazing. The staff used to greet you as soon as you walked in, they were kind, helpful, and made you feel welcome. Unfortunately, things have really changed. The new employees don’t greet you, they stay on their phones, and when you ask for help they look irritated and bothered.
