I immediately knew i was being profiled because all she did was walk down the aisle while looking at her phone, and stopped in the middle of the aisle. I purchased a blow dryer nozzle on Saturday, 12/12, and quickly realized it did not fit the blow dryer I use professionally. I returned to the store within minutes, and the manager approved a one-time exchange, noting that he was the one who checked me out and made an exception. After trying the second nozzle, it also did not fit securely enough for me to use comfortably in my work as a licensed cosmetologist.
