I have frequented this location for a while and have had decent customer service until today. I had bought a locked item at this location 2 weeks ago without any issues but today I ran into a customer service issue. An associate with thick eyebrows and a “Kiss” coverup had unlocked 2 items for me at separate times during my shopping. The first item she just took and walked away with.
