Everyone at Uptown Ortho has been incredibly helpful. I’ve been coming here for about 2.5 years and the service has gone over and above. Kate helped me today and put all my nerves at ease with getting my top braces taken off. Thank you Dr. MacGregor and Team.
My 8yo daughter had a really great experience here. Dr MacGregor was kind and explained things well so that she could understand. He treated her like part of the conversation (not just talking to me as the parent in front of her). He suggested logical solutions with a focus on minimal pain/invasion and cost which I appreciated.
