We moved in Jan 2024 and have had a great experience here. The majority if not all of these reviews refer to the old management. I believe new management took over around the end of 2023, and they've been wonderful to work with. They're very kind, have made many improvements to complex, and communicate clearly if they're making a change to anything. Please don't let the old comments concern you if you're considering moving here. It's in a great location, we've been very happy.

I've lived here about 4 months and if I can say anything it is to NOT LIVE HERE. Horrible management, no response, huge lack of accountability, and don't even get me started on the "renovations". Cheaply done and not worth remotely what the price is. STAY AWAY.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The location is great and that is the main reason we moved here. However they do terrible renovations. Their idea of renovating is painting everything white. Things that shouldn’t be painted are painted. There are so many coats of paint on the door that our bedroom doors won’t close. The bathroom tub was painted white gloss and it is dangerous to stand in and a hazard. They painted the bars in the closet to where the hangers can’t even slide. I’ve lived here shy of 2 months and it’s been awful. I’ve met about 15 of my neighbors in my building and the other buildings and no one is happy. The owners and management is unbelievably incompetent. I could write a book- but just want to warn others off of this place if possible.
