Just my opinion from PERSONAL experience with my 2 kids, why don't you folks help and assist these kids to keep their room condition copies before and after they pack up and leave/move out of this place. Most are first-time renters and don't know the apt life rules. These kids get taken advantage of and the management has other college kids doing the dirty work for them trying to collect BOGUS fees after they've moved out. It is a real shame!
