Extremely disappointed, store hours online do not match the store hours that are operational. Drove up from downtown Dallas just for the store & was unable to shop as their Sunday hours are inaccurate everywhere they are listed except for the front of the store. Management should do better.
I went to Uptown thinking I was purchasing a TV stand/buffet that was not mass produced. Unfortunately, I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and they had the exact TV stand/buffet I purchased from Uptown for $1100 more. I messaged the store numerous times trying to come up with some resolution where I don’t feel taken advantage of and misled. They have yet to respond. I will update if they do. Uptown store, This is my favorite store because of the excellent service, cozy environment, and the positive experience I have every time I visit. Thank you for making each visit so enjoyable!
I was in this shop today with a couple of girlfriends. We strolled around and picked out items we wanted to purchase on our way out. After we looking around, we sat on one of the sofas and chatted. (I am pregnant and needed to get off my feet for a second.) The owner came up and very sarcastically asked us “what we were doing...” She was incredibly passive aggressive and derogatory.
