Uptown store, This is my favorite store because of the excellent service, cozy environment, and the positive experience I have every time I visit. Thank you for making each visit so enjoyable!
I was in this shop today with a couple of girlfriends. We strolled around and picked out items we wanted to purchase on our way out. After we looking around, we sat on one of the sofas and chatted. (I am pregnant and needed to get off my feet for a second.) The owner came up and very sarcastically asked us “what we were doing...” She was incredibly passive aggressive and derogatory. Horrible experience. I asked if they were hiring and the lady who was in charge proceeded to belittle me about my experience. I truly have never spoken to anyone as rude and entitled has her in my entire life.
Love this store! The furnishings are absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous lamps as well as great smelling candles and cute tea towels that make the best gifts! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Highly recommend if you are looking for furniture or cute gifts for yourself or friends.
