The issue was fixed in a timely manner, even brought my bags inside while I was at work, above and beyond.
I've been in my unit for just over a week now, and every step of the process has been beyond exceptional. Angela has been incredibly helpful, flexible, and positive from the very beginning - she made the entire move-in experience seamless. Jake from maintenance was also quick to respond and super helpful in getting my AC unit set up with their adapters. The apartment itself is beautiful: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed - with windows that are basically soundproof. I'm genuinely excited for the rest of my lease here!
When I moved in the manager Brandon was super communicative and helpful. However, during my lease there was a switch in management and everything went downhill after that. The elevator was constantly broken, amenities were broken, and the worst of all, management was extremely absent. There would be week long periods where the manager would be impossible to get in contact with due to being “out of office”, and emails would be left unanswered.
