The Upton Flats is one of the best run apartment buildings I’ve ever lived in. It’s well maintained and they expedite maintenance requests.
Quick to react as maintenance issue arise, quick communication in general, we love our flat nice view of puget sound, right on bus line.

Update 2/2026: Just wanted to say that the comment about management is in reference to our previous manager who was with Cushman Wakefield. So far, the new property managers, Cascadian (took over Fall of 2025) have been great. Updating my rating as well! Love the location. Close to transit and easy access to the bridge. Units have much higher quality fixtures than other rentals we've had. Reason for less than 5? If you're not a prospective tenant, management is very unresponsive.
