I have used Uptime Solutions as our power & cooling vendor for datacenters for well over a decade. I can't remember a single project that they have engineered out that has gone astray. You can't ask for kinder people to work with.
I'm sure the work these people do is great. I'm sure that the people running this business are fantastic. However, they get 1 star for the horrible treatment given by their receptionists. I called looking for someone to do installations for me and was given the response "Not interested. Have a good day.", and then hung up on. I called back and got a different receptionist, who hung up on me before I could even ask my question.
