Carpet installed in the master bed room and closet with excellent results. The installation was excellent, looks great, they were efficient, cleaned up mess and vacuumed the new carpet. The staff we worked with to select the carpet and pad were knowledge, helpful and great to work with. They made it easy and was a pleasure to work with.
Recently had Uptight Carpet install new carpet in the our guest bedroom and den. Couldn't be happier with the level of service, installation and overall customer experience. We got an estimate from a local big box store that was suppose to be 40% off, but Uptight's price was lower for a better carpet.
Had carpet laid down in the living room and hallway 3 years ago. Carpet wrinkled. Not good work laying the carpet at all. Gave them a call and since it was past the 2 year mark they wanted to charge me to fix it and I was not willing to pay the same person twice for bad work. Choose someone else.
Looks like this company is really hit or miss. Lots of great reviews from people who liked their service and unfortunately a good number like myself who couldn't even get a quote. The showroom is very nice and the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. However, in my case, things just didn't work out. I love my soft and beautiful new bedroom carpet! Olivia kindly and patiently showed me several options at the store. Then she brought samples and expertly designed the installation at my home. The carpet installers were timely, polite, and experienced. When a manufacturing defect revealed itself afterwards, Olivia and Matt responded quickly, and impressively replaced the entire carpet. Very happy.
