Excellent experience at this business. The staff was professionally friendly, the service was quick and the technician was very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant...not condescending like others I have experienced. I found the prices reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend them without reservation.

COMPUTER STILL HAS PROBLEMS – I took my computer in for virus clean up. Once we got the computer back it was doing stuff it wasn't originally doing like shutting down in the middle of using it and saying it could not install update. We took it back and after a couple of days of not hearing from them, we decided to make a trip up there to check on the laptop.
