Jeff was amazing to work with. He arrived on time and went out of his way to accomodate our distance. We had to replace our mailbox after the same one existed for us for 26 years. I’d hire Jeff again in a heartbeat. He’s the best!! (Address blurred for privacy)
I highly recommend Jeff (Upstate Mailbox) for mailbox install / replacement. The process was quick, easy and reasonably priced. Jeff pays attention to detail and wants the job to be done just right so the customer is happy. In addition, Jeff is a super nice guy with a great sense of humor. The new mailbox is excellently installed and looks awesome. That matters because the mailbox is functionally important and part of the curbside appeal of your home. Jeff did a wonderful job. We just moved into our house, and the old maibox was on its last legs. He let me know the cost for what we needed, which was very reasonable, showed up on time, was very friendly, and installed a new, great looking mailbox. Recommend 100%.

Jeff provided outstanding service for installation of a new mailbox that had been clipped by a snow plow. He got back to us right away during our first inquiry into getting a new mailbox installed. Because it was the middle of winter we had to wait for the ground to be softer in order to do the work. What impressed us even more was that he followed through on calling us back to notify us that he could do the work sooner due to warmer than normal temperatures.
