Had ordered windows and were never installed. Its been Over a year now and requested my money back. Went through the BBB. They stopped answering their calls. Filed a complaint with consumer affairs and still no communication. Small claims is next i guess.
In September of 2022 we gave Upstate Windows and Exteriors LLC over $6,000 as a down payment for windows and their installation in our home. At the time we were told it would be 8-12 weeks for delivery of window and then a week or two after delivery to get them installed. I began calling for updates in late November. Ordered windows in June of 2021, Were installed in November of 2021. Two windows they didn't have, said they came in broken. Said it would be 8 weeks before they got them then came to put them in. It is now August of 2022, I still don't have those two windows. After months of excuses of why it was taking so long they're now not returning any calls or text messages. They have been paid for those windows already so currently they're stealing from me. Go somewhere else to have your windows installed.
On 07/06/2022 I paid Upstate Windows and Exteriors over $10,000 for a down payment for a job that was to include replacement of doors and windows, and a deck. Prior to our contract they were extremely responsive and enthusiastic. Hardly a day went by that I didn't hear from them, they replied very quickly to my messages, etc. However, once they received my down payment, things changed drastically.
