After Susan and Earnest Martin left the office. Note they are NOT working there! I saw Heather. Me and her were like gas and fire. I then saw Holly. I didn't know at the time that Holly and Heather were buddy buddy. A bill apered out of nowhere for $200. I was unable to pay. I was kicked out of the practice and all my meditation was stopped.
Dr. Ford is very nice, thoughtful and empathetic, but most of all she's a good listener. I'm very thankful to have her as my doctor!
Do not use this office they are discriminating against existing patients from Dr. MARTIN and making existing patients wait over a month for appointments. I waited almost 6 weeks in order to get a call back from the front office when I called to the front office they began redirecting my calls to voicemail instead of answering, so I can check on the status of an appointment and paperwork. Do not use this office or its staff members.
Ever since Dr. MARTIN retired this business has gone downhill. They are not timely. They take weeks to work referrals. It takes over a month in order to be seen or get an appointment. I began calling in April to see if my insurance was taken, and I was told yes I was told my referral will be done within 24 to 48 hours after a week of going back-and-forth with the receptionist the office manager did get involved and assured me that it will be done within that day the next day I called to confirm that they’ve received it and I... read more
My sister goes here and the care and compassion these providers have shown her is beyond commendable!! She has done a complete 360 and is enjoying life now. If you are ready to better your mental health and become a better you, I would defenitely recommend this place.
