Just putting this out there to warn anyone looking for a trash service anywhere... DON'T Pick Waste Management! I picked Waste Management as my garbage collector when I first moved to SC, because I knew the name and thought it would be a good provider. I was WRONG. They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the can as the beginning of the service, then overcharged me for 6 months (charging more per month than originally agreed), and pickup was spotty. Terrible company they have not picked up my trash in 2 weeks. Paid for the year and will not give me a refund when I asked for it. They promised to have my trash picked up Thursday by the end of the day and no one came.
The most professional trash service I have ever had! Very impressed. I forgot to take my trash bin to the road this morning...and to my surprise they grabbed my bin and dumped it for me. It’s little things like this that makes me happy to be a customer!
