I went to him to follow up after my open myomectomy procedure that I had in another state. First thing, his medical assistants are practicing out of their scope. They assessed me and tried to recommend a medical decision which is the RNs job. They are super rude and unkind. I was having so much pain post op that I thought I needed to go to a pain specialist. I’ve only had one appointment, Magdalene O'Boyle was wonderful. She throughly listened to my concerns and got me answers faster in a couple weeks than my old OB could in 7 months.
As I was unable to make enough room for my terrible experience, I would like to take a moment to discuss what happened to me this following month with Upstate Community Midwifery Office.
