Friendly Folks, professional team on site. bring in my reefer trailer for a quick repair. Kevin is a great gentleman to work with, he even offered me fresh coffee while waiting on the service.
I was having trouble with my Tripac. I went as far with it as I could. I called UTK, and the woman that answered, checked with the Service manager, and told me to come right in, they'd work me in. I got there roughly a half an hour later, checked in, and was told the tech would get to me as soon as he could. I looked out my passenger mirror 10 minutes later, and Gary, was working on the Tripac. It took him about 15-25 minutes to find the problem, and I was back on the road in an hour.
