We called Upstate Septic on the advice of our neighbor. The owner Rocky called us back on a Sunday afternoon. We set up a time on Monday (Labor Day) to have him evaluate the septic tank at my son's home. It had been pumped about 7 months before by another company for over $850 and now seemed to have issues again. The other company told my son that his system needed $1200-$3200 worth of work. To say I am very happy with my experience with this company is an understatement!!! From the moment I talked with that sweet Lady on the phone to Zack and his amazing co-worker driving through a winding gravel road, to backing that big truck up my steep driveway, ( their truck looked brand new, and the pipes they used were so very clean) . I was so impressed with their careful extraction of the cover as to not mess up my yard was such a relief.
