If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place has an administrative problem. They never answer the phones. They ask you to leave a voicemail, Promising to call within 48 hours. Lies. It took me seven tries to actually speak to a human. Nobody ever called me back when I left voicemails the other six times. When I finally got on the schedule and left a voicemail to see if they had any different openings, they canceled my appointment that was originally scheduled without notifying me and without calling me back. I have been going here for PT and OT for a few months. The facility is large and clean. The therapists are top notch both in knowledge and as people. If you go in with the right attitude and put in the work, you will have positive results!
