My mother needed some assistance because the hot water heater went out. A minor issue most of the time, but unfortunately I had an injury and wasn’t able to get down to the basement to help her with. Jamie returned her call within 10 minutes and was able to come over the same day to get it up and running and diagnose any issues that could have come up. I found myself in a plumbing situation on a Saturday night, one phone call and then Jamie arrived 30 minutes later. He sorted out my issue quickly and without any hiccups. Called Jamie Monday morning after noticing a leak in our plumbing that was causing damage to our finished basement. I texted him a photo of the pipe once we exposed it. He called back promptly, and after establishing that the situation was under control for the time being, expected to be out on Wednesday. He was then able to get to us Tuesday morning, assessed the problem, and fixed the job, charging us exactly what he quoted when we spoke.
