When our main sewer line became completely plugged one evening, Jamie at Upstate Plumbing was on the case. While he offered to come out immediately, he also said he could be at our house first thing in the morning if we wanted to save some money and avoid an after-hours call — very upfront and professional. Jamie fixed my leaky drain under my kitchen sink. He was on time for our appointment (which we were able to make for the following day) and did a wonderful job.He was professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him!

The owner Jamie answered the phone himself- my call was at 7 am, he was able to get to me at 9 am. This was an emergency and I was impressed, other plumbing services were not available until much later that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. My issue was corrected that morning. Thank you!

The owner Jamie was here at my home today to fix my kitchen sink. I had a previous plumber who did another batch job on me and he replaced repaired and fixed everything that needed to be done and was excellent. The price was very reasonable. He’s not a ripoff man and he’s very informative. I will have Jamie do all of our plumbing as I have one other thing in the past that he is taken care of a toilet, which was an old timer. Jamie was so wonderful! We had called around to so many places and no help. I called him, left a message, and he called me right back. He drove 45 minutes at 8pm at night to come help us with a clog. He is very knowledgeable and fixed our issue right away! We will definitely have him back for future projects, hopefully no other issues arise! Thank you Jamie! You are a saint!
