Everyone here is so kind! I brought in my elderly father and needed help getting him from the car and into the facility. They were at the door immediately with a wheelchair and were so accommodating.
The staff was very professional, courteous and did not make me feel rushed. They all made me feel very comfortable. Thank you to Anna, Misty and Doctor Josh.
I had a wonderful experience with Upstate! From the scheduling to altering the schedule, to my reception at my appt and finally the doctor, all was terrific!!!
