Everything was wonderful! A great experince.

Everything was perfect. I have a 2 year old so I didn't expect it to turn out as good.
The staff at UPD was wonderful and Dr. Brian was great with our 2-year old even with her crying! We look forward to returning.
Rylee was referred from our regular dentist for a sedated fill-in. I was worried that she would not do well and it would be a hard and traumatic visit. The staff was super friendly to me and to her and explained and included her in all explanations of the procedure. I think this helped to ease her mind and she had a terrific visit.
I took my daughter here for her first ever dentist appointment. She did such a great job and the doctors and nurses helped out a lot. They made her feel comfortable and welcomed. I was able to go in the room with her (even though she was brave by herself) and they would talk to her and let her know everything they were doing. This was definately a great place to choose for my daughter.
Upstate Pediatric Dentistry always does a fabulous job! Dr. Brian and staff are so patient and calm with my (timid and fussy) 2 year old... they have great tools (cleverly disguised as fun toys) and tactics to teach Quinn about dental care and make him comfortable during the visit.
Overall a great experience. I will refer them to everyone!
