Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful to work with! My older son has a lot of anxiety about the dentist due to a bad experience at another practice. Both Dr. Jones and the dental assistants are so patient and calming. If you're looking for an awesome dental practice, this is it!

Could not have been more pleased with our first experience at this wonderful practice. The level of expertise and professionalism was outstanding.
Our son always enjoys his visits with Dr. Jones. The entire staff are easy to work with and know exactly how to work with children.
We have a 10yr old, who is a bit scared and nervous at the dentist and the staff does so good with her. This last visit(prob around #11 visit) we had NO tears, yay! We also have a 4yr old boy who just loves dr Brian. Always gets excited when we tell him he is going to dentist/
My three children from 13, 10 & 3 LOVE Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. They have been to several of the dentist and all of them are GREAT!!. My middle child used to be afraid but now is excited to go to the dentist. If you visit, you will not want another dental team for your child. I just wish they worked on adults.
The staff was very friendly and caring. My 4 year old had fun and actually wanted to go back! The BEST medical staff I've experienced so far. Keep up the great work! :)
Everyone was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here for all our visits!
