Dr Jones and his staff are the best! I have a 5 year old son and a 2 year old daughter who have both been patient's there since their first tooth and they love going to the dentist! The environment is very kid friendly and they are above and beyond professional and informative!
Both of my girls love it at Upstate pediatric dentistry! The staff is absolutely excellent and Dr. Caroline and Dr. Brian are both great with the children as well! Thank you Upstate pediatric dentistry!
Everything about this wonderful practice is kid friendly! The moment you walk into the lobby it is apparent that this place is all about the kiddos. The staff is excellent from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Brian, and the check out. There isn't anything they haven't thought of or prepared for. Thanks, Dr. Brian, and UPD.

I took in all 3 kids yesterday and they are so patient and understanding with my 3, ranging from 1-5. They interact with them, comfort them when they are nervous, and make the whole experience fun and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
As always, Dr. Brian and his staff have made visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience. My three children--5, 3, and 1--all recently visited. Prior to the visit, my 3-year old said she was nervous about going to the dentist. My 5-year old reminded her, "We're not going to the dentist; we're going to see Dr. Brian"! I have several daughters who were able to come to the same appointment time. The office staff is friendly and helpful, able to relate to children. Dentist great. Have wonderful explanations and answered all questions. We have been at this dental practice for a few years and won't leave - it's great!
