What a great experience! As one who has hated going to the dentist because of a genetically "special mouth" (thanks mom;)), I was dreading taking my daughter in as we were overdue. But Dr Jones and his staff were incredible, fun, encouraging, calming and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. Wish they saw adults!

I wish I had found this office years ago! They ate great with kids and for the first time ever, my son actually ENJOYED his trip to the dentist! Thank you all for the courtesy, professionalism, and just there overall excellent service
I have taken my 4 year old son here now a few times and we absolutely LOVE it! Everyone there is friendly and polite and put my son at ease any time we go. Great facility and definitely recommend it to anyone.
As always, we are very pleased with our experience in UPD. Aside from the fact that we really like Ms. Katie, Ms. Angie and Dr. Brian, all of their staff are great and they make you feel welcomed. Great experience.

We love Dr. Brian & his staff at UPD Kids! Every time we have come in for treatment or cleanings the staff has been incredible, and extremely friendly. Our 3 & 5 year old actually enjoy going to the dentist!!! On my son's latest visit we had a check up due to one of his teeth turning grey after falling down, which we were informed is actually not uncommon with adventurous little kids! Upstate pediatric dentistry were awesome with my 3 year old. My little girl always loves going there , everyone is so friendly they always make her visits fun and easy not scary.
