If you have a child on the autism spectrum I cannot recommend Upstate enough. The SLP's there are some of the strongest I have ever encountered. They are extremely knowledgeable, they genuinely want your child to succeed, and they have such a loving way to nudge your child/teen their fullest speech potential. Easy to get appointment and Dr Williamson and Danielle are knowledgeable in the services they provide.
Excellent place, my son had a very thorough assessment (like I never seen before being done by a therapist) that made me so happy because his goals are more challenging now and not cookie cutter like before. Weekly therapies are consistent and productive, I am also able to learn and witness the therapies so I can reinforce his therapies at home on the off days. I strongly recommend them!
We moved here from NJ in July. My four year old son has been working with Upstate Pediatrics for speech therapy since august. It has been an incredible experience, I would highly recommend! He has improved significantly. Also, we were having insurance issues and Dr. Williamson and her team were so patient in working with us. We are so blessed to have found Upstate Pediatrics !!
