This place has the best staff. From the woman who called about my injection, right down top the follow-up call I got the following day, they were all amazing! Thank you ladies!
Overall I had a good experience. Dr. Scuderi and his team were good. The room was clean and the aftercare was amazing. They put my personal effects in a locker. If I’m honest they could improve with the pre operative calls, when they called a week prior to surgery they told me that I should have been off one for two weeks prior, but they didn’t notify me of that, which caused me slight stress. Fabulous place, doctors and staff.. I have had MULTIPLE surgeries here since my crash a few years back. ALWAYS had a great experience. The doctors, nurses and ALL the staff are great !!
Non stop errors all the way around. Scheduling, procedure mix ups, constant confusion and baffled staff
