The front desk Deana (spelling?) was so sweet and absolutely a pleasure to speak with!! I’ve also spoke with other front desk staff who are amazing as well!! I have been going here for YEARS!! They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! I also left a VM for a script and it was promptly sent to my pharmacy. It’s not just the appointments but I also have 10 kids and was high risk. Unprofessional and rude receptionists
Amy Santoro has one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. The other reviews mentioning her lovely qualities pretty much sum it up. Rude, condescending, annoyed at your meet presence. Basically the exact opposite of what you would want when you go to the doctors with a concern. Receptionists and nurses are always very pleasant. Needless to say I will be seeing another provider next time.
I have been a patient of Dr Goyers for 20 plus years. I love him. He is a great doctor!. I just recommended my daughter to him. BUT this office sucks. It has went downhill over the years. She had Amy Santoro first visit and she was horrible. Didn't know anything and didnt listen to anything being asked. The front staff are rude and they do not care about patients. I would say Dr Namkoon( don't know spelling) and Goyer are the best doctors. Wish they would get better staff though.
Love waiting on the phone for 10 minutes only to be then hung up on... Great customer service, guys.
