We had a bird trapped in our fireplace and called Upstate Wildlife Control and Rescue for help. They responded quickly, were professional, and handled the situation with great care. Tom Warner made an emergency call to my home. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I appreciated his expertise and thorough inspection and plan to help me. Called Tom early this morning after a bird was heard chirping in the vicinity of the dryer. He was prompt and very helpful. Tom removed the starling from the dry vent! He also came back later and replaced the dryer vent hood to ensure we don’t have a repeat visitor! I would highly recommend him.
My neighbor told me he saw squirrels and birds going in and out of my gable vent, so I had a company come out to take a look. They claimed my gable screens were damaged and that I had a hole in my dormer—then quoted me $1,800 and pushed additional services like fogging. It didn’t sit right. I had a turkey pacing in my backyard for hours and I had no idea what to do, so I called upstate New York wildlife control. A guy came out within 20 minutes to remove the turkey safely out of the yard. I’ll now know who to call!!
