Tom was amazing. He came within 30 minutes to get our bat. He was great to talk to and was full of information.
Tom is incredible. I woke up with a bat flying around my house at 5am and called Tom immediately. He called me back ASAP and was at my house and removed the bat by 8am. He was very kind, thorough and great at communicating throughout the whole ordeal. 10/10 would recommend Upstate NY Wildlife for all wildlife removal needs!
Tom helped us trap 3 woodchucks this Spring with a 4th observed. He came each day as we trapped all 3. His team helped install the "spikes" to help ward off future invasions, with our deterrent spray will help as well as possible. Will use this business in the future if needed and will recommend to others if needed.
