Horrible customer service. Anthony from the Air Park office was of absolutely no help when they shipped the incorrect nose piece for CPAP machine; which was in Sept '23. I have 17 calls into this company and no resolution. I also contacted Beverly Lawton a district manager and she stated she would call me back the next day. No call. Proceeded to leave her multiple voice mail messages and nothing. It would have been a simple fix; take back the incorrect nose piece and supply me with the correct ones. I can't say enough about Marcus Macon, the respiratory therapist, at the Linden Oaks location. I bring my mother there, and we will only go to Marcus. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and patient. Marcus has the attitude that he will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your machine and your mask. My mother has tried several different styles until he found her the perfect match. The worst company ever!!!!!!!!! you call and leave numerous messages, and none EVER gets back to you. Terrible Just Horrible. I got a cpap from them last week and cannot use it as too much pressure. So I just wasted money on 2 masks and the machine. Even if my ins pays part of the machine, I still have to pay the rest. I will donate to some health organization. I know the masks I will have to toss away . what a waste of money.

I have called and emailed NUMEROUS times asking for clarification on bills for my husbands CPAP. I have gotten ZERO responses!! The most ridiculous billing system I have ever seen! Payments made online are not credited, amounts change, bills sent every 5-10 days with the amounts constantly changing! Then I get a past due invoice!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Best for getting better. CPAP equipment/supplies, Durable Medical Equip, Home infusion medications, oxygen, retail home delivery pharmacy.
