was discharged for non compliance because the doctor didnt want to call Mediciad and do prior authorization paperwork. instead of doing that she decided to discharge me after i requested multiple times for her to please speak to them about getting me something through them that i can afford. i shouldnt have to get a good rx card if the doctor does this paperwork or looks on the blue choice medicad site like they are supposed to do. SENECA SC LOCATION
RecommendedIncredible first visit to include a personal phone call the same day from my physician with test results . A big plus was the in house lab saving me a trip to a local lab or the hospital. The remainder of the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. I look forward to future visits and hopeful Upstate Family Medicine continues to make patient care their first priority.
I love this group. I love Dr Hannihan and NP Carole. They are in my prayers. They are the best and I am hopeful they will be there for my upcoming appt.
