Got call by a fool last night saying reason didn't make appointment.She didn't know how to read what they sent to all Rome patients.Had appointment yesterday in Rome on 28th.Paper all Rome patients got paragraph 4 stares if have appointment after the 25th they will call you to reschedule.They must had grab a person off the street to write it.9 out of 10 say they don't answer.Think they're going to make all those calls 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Why owner text contact and staff kept putting me on hold having no answer then hanging up.

Don't new owner know can have lawsuit by pushing physical therapy on a Americans with disabilities Act that can dread causing harm to myself and possible others.She or he better check.Have paperwork from law library and now U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division if have to have investigated.Have all records to satisfy court.

I have had many bad experiences here,and although I like my Dr. very much ,the office and the way they do business is horrible.They also practice what I see as retaliation and discrimination.I have not been able to get any medical help or advice after 4:00 or on weekends.It is either not bad enough to them or they just will say,-go to the hospital.The office has caused many problems for me and although my Dr. there is so very good,smart and pleasent I think it is improving in the Utica office,but they still have a "way to go... read more

They take forever to fill scripts and when they finally do it's the wrong dosage. Would not refer my worst enemy there.
