Came here just for a Follow up that they said I had to have for my daughter to get refills for her face pads. Ended up waiting over 50 minutes past her appointment time. Ridiculous!

The doctor did not see me until 45 minutes after my appointment and the receptionist just said, oh well. They never give you any advice or solutions, they just want you to come back and spend money on their products. Rude. Impolite. inconsiderate. No solution to problems. Will not go back. If you can find another dermatologist, take it. Will more than likely be better than this place.

Took my friend there 3 times in an attempt to get her skin rash figured out ... Dr. Gregory is clueless, has the bedside manner of a Rottweiler... You're better off with a topical cream from CVS then dealing with this joker... His staff isn't any better.. wouldn't call her primary care physician to get blood results that they were waiting for weeks to get. doctor left her untreated while he went on vacation... didn't even call in her medication..Rude and unwilling to help... The worst. NO STARS !

There are two tiers of care: poor insurance-you wait in the room forever (up to 2 hrs), there are no explanations of care, the care you receive are ever so brief. Or the top notch insured-who are seen regularly, wait is short, spends extra time with you in the exam room, has you return frequently per suggested, you actually see a dr and the biopsy isn't performed by the PA. This was compared by my relative... read more

I had a horrible rash all over my body: Dr. Gregory took me in on short notice, did skin biopsies that confirmed his diagnosis, and treated me for it (erythema multiforme.) The next time I called his office, I was told that a NP would see me, after I'd gotten a diagnosis of CA on my ear. I said I wanted to see a physician, for such a serious diagnosis, and that I would check elsewhere. The "elsewhere" performed the "bait and switch" described by another reviewer here (in Pittsfield, MA)--even changing my appointment time to ... read more
