I left a review with one star for lack of responsiveness - I apparently was not considerate of workload etc. and when my inquiry was addressed; I received a kind and thorough attentive response. I called John to remove 2 small dents that were located in a very challenging area on my vehicle. He did excellent work at a fair price and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service.
I too am a very happy customer. Someone ran into my wife's car when we were out of town (and drove off) leaving more than just a 'little dent' in their wake. It was an odd dent that sort of shaped its way around a door brace behind the thin panel of the door. Not quite a buckle or a sharp crease but pretty close to one.
