I highly recommend John and Upstate Dent Dr. John was super responsive. We texted each other and agreed upon a date and time. He came to my home at a time that was convenient to me, and did great work in little over an hour. And he made the dent caused by a shopping cart go away. Now while it wasn't a huge dent, but it was super annoying to me. The car now looks perfect thanks to John.
John did an amazing job removing a difficult dent from my vehicle. He is extremely easy to work with, to schedule, and he is extremely friendly and professional on the job. I’m very satisfied with the outcome/result and would not hesitate to recommend John to friends and family.

Upstate Dent Dr. was quick, professional, and made our car look nearly brand new. John is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We've got teenagers...so we'll definitely be back!
