Front staff are terrible they don't do their job never get insurance right always getting bills even though I have 100% coverage 🙄.
My experience over the last year at this practice has been horrible. Constantly not refilling my prescriptions and forgot to mention that they changed over to Walgreens. Left me without my medication for several days multiple times. Front office reminds me that wheel is turning but no hamster is there. Dr Galvarino is great everytime. Sincerely needs a new supporting cast.
While I was sitting in the waiting room of the doctor's office can't remember her name. Then the lady walked in, which I kind of assumed might have been the doctor and it was. And when I saw the look on her face and the way she's walking, you might have thought someone ran over her cat intentionally. At that moment I had a flight feeling which I regret not taking.
