Coming to upstate canine academy has been a life saver for my shepherd and I. I am personally working with Zach as my trainer and he has been absolutely a pleasure to work with. He understands my dog very well and has never once made me feel bad for all the questions i ask. I am so excited to be working with Zach!!

Kasen is an outstanding dog trainer. She is eager to help a family train their dog and to that end, she is excellent at providing game plans to ensure the dog is well trained. She provided a game plan for each issue we had with our Labrador puppy. She has shown herself to be professional, compassionate, and eager to listen and provide solutions, I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a top notch dog trainer.

A little over a year ago, we were unable to walk our dog out in public without him barking at every person/dog. After being unsuccessful with other trainers, we decided to take a chance with Upstate Canine. We had our consultation with Zach last May and quickly jumped into training a few weeks later.
