Zack is a fantastic trainer. He communicates well and gives us a great deal of useful information.
This place is amazing! From the second we walked in the door everyone was amazing! We met Rebecca when we dropped our Malinois Cairo off for a 3 week board and train and she was great, and then we met Marigrace who trained Cairo and she is phenomenal…I could not say enough wonderful things about her! She truly cares about the process and all the dogs and made us feel so comfortable! We hope to have created a long lasting bond with her here at Upstate Canine Academy! Thank you for everything!!
Wonderful experience with board and train service from Upstate Canine Academy. I like that there was a lot of consideration put in to helping me decide what training service was best for my dog. First, I had a phone consultation and then an in person meet and greet with my dog at the facility with the head trainer Zach. We sent our dog Henry to Upstate Canine Academy for their four-week board and train program, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Marigrace and her team were fantastic — they provided detailed weekly updates on Henry’s progress and clearly put a lot of time and care into his training. They worked on his leash reactivity and other behavioral challenges using a variety of tools, including a prong collar and e-collar, and even got him comfortable wearing a muzzle when needed. We have been working with Kyle at Upstate Canine Academy in training with our one year old rescue pup. Our experience has been amazing. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and his guidance with our dog's leash reactivity has been a game changer. She has made so much progress and walks are no longer stressful. She loves coming to training and loves Kyle. I higher recommend Upstate Canine Academy!
