Kept my Jeep on several occasions for 3 weeks and 2x for a month leaving me no vehicle. Put in a clutch that broke in 3 months and would not honor the warranty. Tina plays games and lies. They lie and cover for the bad business all the way to Stellantis where they sit high on their power horse and jerk customers around. I have never experience poorer customer service and blatant LIES. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. They have also been reported to the NYSDMV and have found to violate LAWS AND STANDARDS.
