Lost my keys and they were able to get a new set of keys the next day. They said they will call me as soon as they get the key but never did. Had to call to confirm and said they have it. They can’t program the key ahead of time without me physically present myself, which doesn’t make sense because I had to wait for almost an hour when I get there. But in reality it only took less than 10mins for the tech to program it. Customer service wasn’t all good at all.
I would definitely recommend this place. I have never been one to like the car buying experience but everyone here was wonderful, from the moment I walked in the door to when I drove away with my new used car. They guided me through step by step and never tried to push anything. Thank you Thank you.
I had a fantastic experience at Upstate Auto. This is a family owned business that clearly cares about its customers. Both Tom and Aaron were wonderful to work with-friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and stress free. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Upstate Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-notch dealership!
Complete and total disappointment! I brought my vehicle here for service, same place I purchased the vehicle. My first appointment was over two months ago. They told me a part was on backorder and would call when it came in. I asked if my warranty was still active and was told a manager would call to let me know. They never called either time! We have bought 6 vehicles over the years from Tom and he never disappoints! We just bought a used SUV yesterday and he went above and beyond to make sure it was ready to drive!!
