Recommendedtook my dog there for OFA xrays. I am from out of area. From the first phone call through the appointment, they were polite, professional and kind.
So my daughters dog is her life and she called all freaked out saying the dr couldn’t see him till Tuesday I made a call spoke with dr and they were able to bring him in today Thanks so much to the dr and staff glad he’s not seriously sick . Thanks again.!

Dr Blakely and her staff are excellent! My Gertrude has been a patient for nearly two years and always gets the best care. I'm disabled and on an extremely limited income , the prices at Upstate are reasonable and if I can't afford something they help figure out a way to care for my pup without skimping on care. Gertrude had a dental cleaning yesterday and I'm amazed at how beautifully white her teeth are now! Healthy teeth- healthy dog!
Great communication always between myself and Dr. Blakley. She explains diagnoses and treatment plans in explicit detail, so I have a full understanding of my dogs' conditions, either for emergency procedures and follow up or annual healthcare maintenance.
