Billy is not to be trusted as an inspector. He missed unbelievably obvious roof issues that can be seen from the ground level on all sides of the property. He will not acknowledge this despite google earth images showing the damage dated 2022. He has lied to us, saying we had work done since the inspection, and claims no negligence. He uses rain as an excuse... Very disappointing - Why refund us when there was "no negligence"

Billy brings piece of mind to a home purchase. He runs his business and serves his customers in a way that very few in his industry do. He is first REPUTABLE meaning that he is respected and trusted not only by realtor but homeowners as well. Next he is REASONABLE in that he not only thoroughly inspects but is reasonable in his assessments. Finally, he is RELIABLE in that he will be there when says he will be there and have your report done and available when you need it. I won’t use anybody else.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They were recommended by my realtor and did a home inspection in 2019 for a home I was buying. Four years later, I'm selling the house and it needs $3,000 in electrical mods for things that are improperly wired/set up and would not have met code requirements even back in 2019 (so should have been caught last time...). I'll be contacting the BBB as well.

BEWARE! AllPro completed our home inspection last year prior to us purchasing our home. Shortly after moving in, we realized that the dishwasher did not clean anything, even after 3 washings. The heating system quit after 3 months in the home. We were told the whole system was totally rusted and the unit was filled all types of vegetation. When remodeling the bathroom, we found that the floor did not have the required supports. This all should have been observed by the inspector. Do not use him if you want real knowledge abo... read more
