I called this past week to get some info. I don’t remember who the lady was I spoke to on the phone. She informed me that since I declined to have my auto ins with them back 6 months ago they would not give me a price for business liability. I said to go ahead and quote me for auto ins as well. She said they were declining and if a quote and money were my only concern that they didn’t want to quote it. Keep in mind she was the lady who answered the phone as well as made this decision. A previous Review of mine on Upstate was taken down, perhaps because i mistakenly assigned Nancy as "Cynthia"? When Progressive, by choice, opts in initiating a policy to Upstate, when Upstate demands much-higher limits than the new customer desires, does it not appear to be 'corporate humor in .. discriminating'?
