We had our wedding here. We simply found it by looking online. Met with Kelsey a few times, she was very responsive via email. In person, was very chill & essentially told us we could use the venue however we pleased. We had a 200 people wedding in December & Upstairs was able to hold everyone comfortably. Having outside with heaters was a plus. We had rented the space all day to include make up, photos, & cocktail hour. We didn’t have the ceremony there, so they didn’t have to flip the room. I wanted to wait until after my wedding to fully reflect on this experience, and overall, it was a lot. While the venue itself is absolutely beautiful and truly sells itself, the service and communication fell short. From the beginning, our walkthrough felt rushed and lacked detail—we were left to explore most of the space on our own. Throughout the planning process, communication was extremely inconsistent.
